About the Role

CyberArk is hiring a Security Support Engineer to provide technical support for our worldwide enterprise customers and partners specializing in IT Security and Privileged Access Management solutions. You will resolve customer technical problems by interacting with them via web, phone, and email, developing your skills within the IT Security domain.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for customers purchasing and using our Machine Identity Security products.
  • Assist in designing technical solutions for customers based on CyberArk’s Venafi and partner products.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a cohesive product and services solution.
  • Communicate proactively about customer problems and record all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist customers with the installation and customization of Venafi products in their environment.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in Technical Support or a similar role in a software company.
  • 3+ years of experience at a SaaS or security vendor in a consultancy or advisory role.
  • Capability to understand the technical aspects of a complex system.
  • Enterprise level troubleshooting and Support experience.
  • Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including technology, standards, and implementations.
  • Experience securing Internet applications, e.g., cryptography, standards, techniques.
  • Understanding of large network design, layout and operations.
  • Familiarity with directory technologies and standards, e.g., LDAP, Active Directory.
  • Database (MS SQL/MySQL) experience, including the ability to write queries.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with QA and development to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
  • Help create and deliver product training.
  • Help write product knowledge base articles.
  • Comfort with occasional early morning or late work and rotating on-call work including weekends.
