Requirements
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure environments (IaaS/PaaS)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure design
- Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or S3-compatible storage
- Experience managing or contributing to cloud migration projects (on-premise to cloud or cloud-to-cloud)
- Ability to design and review scalable and highly available architectures
- Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Diplomacy and active listening when working with stakeholders
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or incident situations
- Pedagogical mindset and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Empathy and strong customer-oriented mindset
