Commvault is hiring a Technical Account Manager (English/Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies for customer success.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for data management solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and improve products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in data management.
  • Assist in the development of customer success plans and roadmaps.
  • Participate in customer meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of data management solutions.
  • Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss performance and future plans.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development of customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance with customer contracts and agreements.
  • Provide technical support during customer onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to drive improvements.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer status and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
