Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in developing job search strategies

- Provide case management services to clients

- Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Assist clients in accessing educational and training opportunities
- Conduct outreach to potential employers and community partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local job market trends
