About the Role
The Technical Account Manager will oversee technical relationships with channel partners, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support to maximize performance and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical onboarding and integration processes for new channel partners
- Serve as primary technical contact for partner support and escalation resolution
- Monitor system performance and data flow between platforms to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues
- Identify opportunities to enhance technical workflows and automation
- Maintain detailed documentation of partner configurations and API usage
- Track and report on key technical metrics and service-level agreements
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Support the rollout of new features and platform updates for partners
- Conduct regular technical business reviews with partner teams
- Ensure compliance with data security and platform standards
- Optimize onboarding timelines through process improvements
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams on technical requirements
- Provide feedback to product teams based on partner needs
- Assist in developing self-service tools for partner onboarding
- Respond to technical inquiries within defined service level expectations
- Evaluate partner system changes for integration impact
- Maintain awareness of industry trends in e-commerce technology
- Support incident management during critical system events
- Drive adoption of best practices in API usage and data synchronization
