Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients and their families.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Provide consultation and support to other professionals in the field.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and clients.
- Conduct research and contribute to the development of new intervention strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and service agencies.
- Advocate for clients and their families to ensure they receive appropriate services.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
- Maintain a caseload of clients and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to students and interns in the field.
