Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is looking for a Tech Sales Manager - Cybersecurity & Software Lösungen (m/w/d) to join our growing company. You will be responsible for active B2B sales of complex security and SaaS solutions, focusing on Northern Germany and neighboring European countries. The role operates in a modern, remote-first, agile environment with startup mentality and strong financial backing.
What You'll Do
- Execute active sales of complex SaaS and security solutions to B2B customers.
- Focus your sales efforts on Northern Germany and neighboring European countries.
- Identify new business opportunities and build sustainable customer relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Advise prospects at eye level, understand their challenges, and develop suitable solution concepts in a consultative, partnership-based sales approach.
- Organize work independently in a remote setting, with a willingness to travel approximately 6-10 days per month for in-person customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with complex, consultative solutions.
- Interest in technology and the ability to translate customer needs into suitable solutions.
- Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Personal initiative, strong negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor in conversations with decision-makers.

- Experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or managed services.
