Kodez is hiring a Microsoft Security Consultant for a 6-month contract in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You will deliver Microsoft-based cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects, implementing security solutions, conducting audits, and providing documentation and training. What You'll Do

Conduct infrastructure and security audits to inform solution architecture.
Implement Microsoft Intune for MDM across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
Deploy Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR) and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM).
Implement Zero Trust security policies, DLP, and RBAC using Azure AD.
Provision and secure Microsoft 365 Copilot and integrate with existing tools.
Automate device provisioning, license management, and support workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide documentation, training, and handover to internal IT teams.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects.
Deep expertise in: Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Azure AD Conditional Access & RBAC, Microsoft 365 Copilot provisioning.
Experience setting up and operating SOC environments.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and DLP policies.
Familiarity with automation tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice).
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
Experience working with hybrid environments and BYOD policies.
Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot.
