Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable web application architectures
- Lead development of Chrome extensions with secure and efficient code
- Guide engineering best practices across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Mentor software engineers in coding standards and system design
- Ensure high availability and responsiveness of web services
- Optimize applications for speed and user experience
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Drive code quality through reviews and refactoring initiatives
- Support deployment processes and infrastructure monitoring
- Enforce security standards in web and browser-based applications
- Work closely with UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces
- Manage technical debt and long-term system sustainability
- Lead sprint planning and technical task estimation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones
- Document system architecture and development workflows
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and web standards
- Promote innovation through proof-of-concept projects
- Monitor application performance and usage metrics
- Respond to production incidents with timely fixes
- Improve accessibility across digital products
- Support A/B testing and feature rollout strategies
