Responsibilities
- Guide a group of Java developers and support their career growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design effective technical solutions.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and industry advancements to drive innovation.
- Build scalable applications using Java, microservices, Docker, EKS, Solr or Open Search, and AWS platforms.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery by following strong coding, testing, and deployment practices.
- Engage in agile sprints with direct contributions to coding and development tasks.
- Write and maintain unit tests and support automated testing frameworks for system stability.
- Identify technical risks and blockers, and communicate them clearly to management for timely resolution.
- Diagnose and fix difficult technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Offer expert technical advice and mentorship to team members.
