Ignite Visibility is hiring a Tech Lead to own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects on the Winona Engineering team. You will act as a trusted advisor, provide technical direction, and lead the team in architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

What You'll Do

Provide technical direction and leadership, making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools.
Mentor engineers through one-on-one meetings to facilitate skill development.
Collaborate daily and contribute hands-on to coding and implementation.
Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, pair programming, and best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications with product managers and designers.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and deployment.
Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with business goals.
Make tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and complexity in product decisions.
Champion industry best practices and drive process improvements.
Identify and implement innovative solutions for complex system requirements.
Decompose complex challenges into actionable tasks and prioritize the technical workload.
Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage open communication.
Identify and resolve potential technical conflicts or bottlenecks early.
Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential.
Present work and conduct demos for clients with clear, confident communication.
Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of software development experience.
At least 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience leading technical projects from inception to completion.
Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
Strong experience using and working with Contentful.
Strong experience working with Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, Javascript, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with Nuxt.js.
Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation capabilities.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
Experience in process improvement and driving change within a team or organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Professional audio/video setup suitable for remote collaboration and client interactions.
