Sopra Steria is seeking a Tech Lead Fullstack Java Angular for its Financial Services division in Lille. You will join project squads as a technical lead on strategic web projects for major banking and insurance clients, focusing on full-stack development with high demands on quality, robustness, and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Perform technical scoping, design, and development in a full-stack Java/Angular approach
- Guarantee best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Facilitate code reviews and coach team members to build skills
- Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines linked to industrialization
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical leadership for delivery
What We're Looking For
- Degree in engineering, a Master's in computer science (M2), or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, with significant Angular experience
- Proven experience in a technical lead role, including mentoring, guidance, and driving practices
- Fluency in English
- Strong quality culture, including code reviews, testing, and maintainability
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional stakeholders
- Team spirit, service-oriented mindset, and ability to propose constructive solutions
