Alongside is seeking a Tech Lead FullStack (AWS) to join our fast-growing startup. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, playing a key part in shaping our architecture, code quality, and team growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and high-quality code
- Develop fullstack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based architectures
- Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
- Actively contribute to technical and product decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Strong fullstack background with proven experience as a Tech Lead
- Expertise developing with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
- Deep hands-on experience designing and managing AWS-based architectures
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive technical best practices
- Experience ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and product stakeholders
