Alongside is seeking a Tech Lead FullStack (AWS) to join our fast-growing startup. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, playing a key part in shaping our architecture, code quality, and team growth.

What You'll Do

Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and high-quality code
Develop fullstack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based architectures
Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
Collaborate with product and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Ensure application scalability, performance, and security
Actively contribute to technical and product decision-making

What We're Looking For

Strong fullstack background with proven experience as a Tech Lead
Expertise developing with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
Deep hands-on experience designing and managing AWS-based architectures
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive technical best practices
Experience ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and product stakeholders
