LGC Axolabs is seeking a Team Lead for GMP Oligonucleotide Production to play a key role in establishing our new site in Berlin. You will lead a small team in a modern GMP environment, directly influencing the build-up of production operations and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated team of 2-3 people.
- Ensure production targets are met and manage daily workflows for smooth operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with GMP and EHS guidelines.
- Continuously optimize quality and safety standards within production.
- Actively contribute to projects aimed at developing production processes further.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience working in production under GMP conditions.
- Proven experience in document creation and equipment qualification within a GMP environment.
- Solid technical knowledge of the solid-phase synthesis of nucleic acids or peptides.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good skills in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- An affinity for innovative processes and solutions.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Team & Environment
