For an IT service project, we are seeking an accomplished Team Leader (m/f/d) specializing in VIP and Advanced Tier Support. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the on-site team while actively participating in operational support. You will ensure end-users and premium clients receive optimal care and that local IT operations function seamlessly. Responsibilities: - Technical management of on-site support team (Walk-In Center / Drop-off Kiosk / Location Support) - Processing and coordination of advanced tier and VIP support cases - Management and administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) including SIM card handling and multi-factor authentication token management - Coordinating hardware repairs and collaborating with external providers - Organizing inventory and logistics for shipping and remote locations - Device staging, imaging, and managed deployment - Maintenance and tracking in asset management (asset clearing) - Conference room and meeting support including technical assistance - Extended remote support for shipping locations and on-site technician support - Executing hands-on activities for server or network issues Qualifications: - Multiple years of experience in advanced tier or VIP support, team leadership, or coordination roles - Excellent knowledge of hardware and software support in Windows client environments - Basic network and server knowledge (e.g., cabling, restart, patching) - Service-oriented approach and high sense of responsibility - Exceptional German and English language skills, both verbal and written - ITIL certification preferred - Independent, structured work approach and strong communication skills
