PAQATO GmbH is looking for a Teamlead Sales (m/w/d) to lead our sales team and spearhead new customer acquisition for our After Sales E-Commerce platform. You will own the entire sales process for a defined customer base, from prospecting to closing, while working to elevate our acquisition strategy with a hands-on mentality.
What You'll Do
- Lead the sales team and be responsible for the entire sales process for a defined customer base.
- Drive new customer acquisition, conduct online product presentations, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize project closures.
- Independently contact potential customers, network effectively, and advocate for our digital solution for automated, personalized shipping communication.
- Develop strategies with our Customer Success team to identify and realize cross-selling and upselling potentials with existing customers.
- Work closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or ideally a completed university degree.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent presentation skills, professional and responsive to customer needs and problems.
- Strong communication skills, used convincingly in online meetings, on the phone, and via email.
- Enjoy working with customers, combined with negotiation skills and closing strength.
- Hands-on mentality, independence, flexibility, and a willingness to develop further and learn new things.
- Fluent German and English skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the E-Commerce SaaS sector.
- High internet affinity and technical understanding, as well as knowledge in the field of E-Commerce.
- A strong professional network and an enjoyment of expanding it.
