As Teamlead Influencer Marketing, you will take full ownership of scaling influencer initiatives into a key revenue stream for two established lifestyle brands. You’ll evolve existing programs—primarily on Instagram—by testing new platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, refining creator segmentation, and strategically allocating budgets to maximize impact.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the long-term influencer strategy, balancing optimization of current efforts with innovation in emerging channels
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery—from initial concept and creator briefing to performance analysis and iterative improvement using data-driven insights
- Build and manage relationships with creators, overseeing scouting, contract negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing engagement across multiple brand identities
- Coach and develop a team of six, including student workers, fostering a mindset rooted in experimentation, AI integration, and continuous learning
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader business goals
