BLACKPIN is looking for a Teamlead 1st Level Support (m/w/d) to lead and coordinate our Customer Support team. As part of our dynamic, international start-up, you will ensure smooth customer service operations and directly contribute to our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure smooth customer service operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and problems
  • Optimize processes and workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Support or a comparable role
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation
  • Confident handling of our B2B-Messenger
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Flexibility and openness
