DDC IT Services seeks a Team Lead/Agile Delivery Manager to support application development and sustainment activities for a government customer. In this role, you will serve as both Scrum Master and technical team lead, working directly with the client's Program Manager to coordinate development, assign support tickets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with mission requirements.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Scrum Master and technical lead for the agile development team.
- Work directly with the client Program Manager and staff to coordinate development priorities and sprint activities.
- Assign and track Help Desk and development tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as the primary interface between the development team and program leadership.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
- Monitor team workload and ensure balanced task distribution and productivity.
- Ensure development activities follow Agile and DevSecOps best practices.
- Track progress and communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership.
- Coordinate with engineers, QA personnel, and DevSecOps teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Privileged and SIPR access.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Agile software development teams.
- Experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Experience managing tasking, ticket queues, and development priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting DoW or USAF Cloud One cloud environments.
- Experience managing DevSecOps development environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
