NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is hiring a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead enterprise customer engagements. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions on Salesforce and the Force.com platform.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and all operational project aspects.
- Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Assist consultant teams in delivering client presentations during requirements, design, and testing sessions.
- Plan, initiate, and manage B2B CRM and AI software projects.
- Coordinate IT project teams to ensure client requirements are met in design, integrations, and data transfers.
- Assess the business implications for each project stage.
- Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the SDLC process for systems delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience implementing packaged software or custom development on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
- Proven experience with salesforce.com serving as a project manager or scrum leader.
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
- Salesforce or AI delivery experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects.
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Nice to Have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team or effectively as an individual.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management.
- Professional and confident demeanor with a focus on customer success.
