adesso Group is hiring a Team Lead Software Development Java to lead a development team while actively contributing to web projects. You will be responsible for the team's management, business success, recruiting, and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead your Java team with trust, motivation, and fun, and develop it continuously.
Take responsibility for achieving your team's targets within the adesso business model.
Acquire new talents, strengthen existing employees, and ensure long-term retention.
Work actively on web projects using Java technologies such as JEE, Spring, or Hibernate.
Build close customer contacts and strengthen them through operational involvement in projects.

What We're Looking For

Comprehensive knowledge in application development or consulting and project management.
Desire to build, professionally enable, and long-term accompany your team.
Implementation experience with modern web architectures using Java.
Strong social and communication skills and confident demeanor.
Very good German and good English language skills for secure communication.
