smartmicro was looking for a Team Lead Sales (m/f/d)

smartmicro is hiring a Team Lead Sales (m/f/d) to expand our market presence in automotive and traffic radar sensor technology. You will lead business development and sales strategy, coordinating a sales team to build lasting customer relationships and help make roads safer and cities smarter.

What You'll Do

  • Actively work in the Business Development & Sales department and coordinate part of the sales team as a team leader.
  • Constantly optimize sales strategy and build long-term customer relationships through regular market, competition, and potential analyses.
  • Coordinate closely with other smartmicro teams to forward customer feedback to technical teams and connect customers with support.
  • Support the sustainable expansion of market share and take part in international trade fairs and conferences.
  • Support in shaping and further developing sales processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar qualification.
  • Professional experience in technical sales or key account management and leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
  • Ability and willingness for occasional travel.
  • Business fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience dealing with stakeholders in the transport or road sector at municipalities and cities or within the automotive industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in another foreign language.
