AllBooked by Skedda is hiring a Team Lead, Engineering to guide a full-stack team in building and launching new features. In this role, you will enable team success by shaping technical direction, ensuring high standards, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Conduct regular 1-1s with each team member to provide coaching, feedback, and career development support
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and day-to-day support, raising the technical bar
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering team members to develop and deliver high-quality features
- Manage two-week Agile sprints and facilitate standup meetings
- Champion automated testing and maintain a high standard of code quality
- Operate with an ownership mindset, taking technical projects from concept to launch
- Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques, processes and technologies
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years of full stack development with C# and .NET/Core, ideally for SaaS products
- 5+ years of leading projects and global teams
- Strong experience with front end JavaScript frameworks
- Strong experience developing Web APIs
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred)
- Strong TDD and test automation skills (both unit and integration testing)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud
Nice to Have
- Azure DevOps experience is a plus
