Capgemini is looking for a Team Lead in Linköping to take on a role that blends technical contribution with team development and growth. You’ll be part of a global team of engineers helping innovative companies unlock their full potential through unique R&D and engineering services.
What You'll Do
- Recruit new team members and have personnel responsibility for your team.
- Support the Engineering Unit Manager with personnel management and business growth.
- Manage and support the career development of your team.
- Contribute to technical solutions and sales activities for new projects.
- Work with technical customer proposals.
- Partially work with technical delivery and assignments for our customers.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in mechanical engineering, product development, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Good leadership and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Lead, or Technical Lead.
- Good experience with CAD, Catia, NX, Creo, or similar tools.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Team & Environment
You will lead a team of five people with backgrounds in mechanics and electrical engineering, and report to the Engineering Unit Manager. The broader team in Linköping currently comprises about 15 employees.
