The Department of Mathematics at Rowan University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Teaching Professor position. The appointment begins September 1, 2026. We are looking for candidates deeply committed to teaching excellence in mathematics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
What You'll Do
- Teach a range of undergraduate and graduate mathematics courses.
- Make meaningful and substantive service contributions to the department and its academic programs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current in disciplinary expertise and evidence-based instructional practices.
What We're Looking For
- A Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related discipline, with a conferral date no later than July 1, 2026.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
