About the Role
The Targeting Specialist will be responsible for providing analytical support to enhance targeting capabilities and improve operational effectiveness. Responsibilities

- Provide recommendations to improve targeting strategies based on data analysis and insights.
- Conduct research to identify new and emerging trends in targeting and data analysis.
- Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies to support targeting efforts.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in targeting efforts.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and targeting tools and techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of targeting strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with targeting efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support targeting efforts.
- Conduct regular audits of data and targeting systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of targeting efforts.

Education

Experience
Proven experience in data analysis, targeting, or a related field.
