AccorHotel is looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team as part of the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program. You will be the central point of contact for guest reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate bookings and a seamless, personalized experience from the first interaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle guest reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Serve as a central point of contact for guest inquiries, providing information on room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Facilitate the booking process by entering reservation details accurately into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and provide information on hotel amenities.
- Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Front Desk, and Housekeeping, to coordinate guest requests.
- Enhance communication strategies to streamline the reservation process and improve guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling room categories, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Saudi National (Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only).
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
Nice to Have
- Related Hospitality Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
