Hunt St is looking for a Talent Sourcing Assistant (AU Talent) to support our recruitment efforts focused on Australia’s key industries. You’ll be instrumental in sourcing and engaging talent for critical roles in projects across mining, energy, and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for key roles like project managers and construction supervisors.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fill roles in mining, energy, and infrastructure.
- Hold 70–80 candidate conversations per week to meet sourcing targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the business CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Prior recruitment experience.
- A tertiary education (college or university degree).
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Nice to Have
- Recruitment experience preferably with a Western company.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2000 - $3000 AUD per month.
