Lockwood, part of Cushman & Wakefield, is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team. You will be a key support for talent acquisition, focusing on research and sourcing for gaming and technical roles across European and CIS markets, delivering qualified candidate profiles to our recruiters.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS.
- Develop and maintain a detailed sourcing plan and progress report for each role.
- Create high-quality lists of profiles for assigned roles.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for roles assigned by the recruiters.
- Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant positions.
- Work with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and understand role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and market insights.
What We're Looking For
- One or more years experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets with a focus on technical or gaming roles.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, filters, advanced search).
- Consistent ability to produce high-volume, high-quality sourcing output.
- English level: B2 — sufficient for internal communication with recruiters.
- Able to actively and effectively communicate ideas and progress.
- Solid knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and research tools.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional CIS or European languages.

Team & Environment
You will join a small, highly productive team and work directly with each recruiter, reporting to the recruitment team. We hire A-players to build and maintain these efficient teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: €1,500 - €2,400 per month.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Eastern European or CIS locations.
