Employment Hero is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Recruiter) to join our Technical Talent function in Vietnam. You will be instrumental in scaling our Software Engineering Hub, delivering hiring needs at pace by finding exceptional talent, partnering with leaders, and identifying operational improvements.
What You'll Do
- Attract the best passive and active talent via employer brand campaigns, advertising, events, and headhunting.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for all Engineering candidates.
- Assess candidates using interviews and technical assessments.
- Partner with Engineering leaders to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Identify and deliver process improvements across the Talent function to increase efficiency and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ proven experience hiring for Software Engineering teams in Vietnam.
- A track record of delivering a best-in-class time to hire.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change, Remote First startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Highly commercial outlook.
- Focused, tenacious, and highly motivated to meet targets.
