About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment coordination. The role involves using various job platforms, ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver competitive offers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage daily recruitment targets in a remote, structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and screen applicants thoroughly on a daily basis.
- Apply and implement various interviewing techniques effectively during in-depth interviews.
- Source candidates using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Monster.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend hires and assist in developing competitive compensation offers.
- Support negotiation discussions with candidates in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all recruitment stages using an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS tools.
- Ensure all hiring practices follow local regulations and comply with legal requirements.
- Meet daily targets for operational validation as part of recruitment performance metrics.
- Communicate clear expectations to applicants about the screening process and its stages.
- Perform regular weekly, monthly, and daily calibrations aligned with assigned accounts or lines of business.
- Lead and guide sourcing efforts for team members to secure top talent for open roles.
- Handle various administrative duties as needed.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
- This is a contract-based position.
- The role is open to candidates in the LATAM region.
- Full responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final exam coordination.
