Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand our needs, priorities, and talent requirements in order to bring the top performing talent to each role
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruiting strategy, including creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluating and screening candidates, and presenting endorsed candidates
- Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and job boards in order to build a network of potential candidates
- Organize and conduct online interviews
- Manage the existing internal candidate database
- Act as a point of contact and build excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process by communicating the role, our cultural values, perks & benefits in an exciting and unique way
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager with daily operations and take care of hiring-related documentation
Requirements
- Higher Education
- Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things are changing quickly
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills
- Being passionate about recruitment, networking, and the human resources field
