Veeam Software is hiring an Account Executive, Commercial Accounts (Swedish and Finnish languages)

About the Role

This position involves driving sales growth by managing relationships with commercial clients in Nordic markets, leveraging fluency in Swedish and Finnish to support customer engagement and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial sectors
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention and growth
  • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings
  • Support marketing initiatives specific to target regions
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals
  • Provide feedback from customers to product and support teams
  • Coordinate with channel partners to expand reach
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Participate in training to enhance product and technical knowledge
  • Promote long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking and reporting
  • Engage in cross-regional collaboration when necessary
  • Address customer concerns with timely and effective solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Drive adoption of software solutions through consultative selling
  • Monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities
  • Support onboarding processes for newly acquired clients
  • Contribute to internal sales strategy discussions
  • Adapt communication style for diverse business cultures

Compensation
