EverAI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be the second dedicated recruiter as we scale from 75 to 100+ team members. In this fully remote role, you'll work closely with the CEO and business leaders to attract top global talent and help build a recruitment infrastructure that matches the ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through thoughtful outreach and networking.
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using tools from AI agents to niche technical communities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Own the candidate journey from first discovery call to final close, ensuring a clear, respectful, and high-quality experience.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment, providing actionable summaries for Hiring Managers.
- Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows, remove friction, and strengthen operations as the company grows.
- Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the number one destination for the world’s best AI talent.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Global sourcing experience with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, perfectly fluent in English.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- Doer mindset, with the ability to balance executing, planning, and strategy.
- Humble attitude, willing to learn and open to feedback.
- Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.
- Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Team & Environment
You'll join a team of ≈ 75 people as the second Talent Acquisition Specialist, working closely with the CEO and partnering with leaders across the business. You will report directly to CEO Alexis Soulopoulos.
