Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Engage with passive candidates through outreach campaigns
- Attend career events and networking opportunities as needed
- Provide market insights on talent trends and compensation
