Capgemini is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Apprenticeship to join our Early Career Hiring team. You will manage recruitment for apprenticeships, internships, and graduate roles, collaborating closely with internal managers and clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while respecting quality standards and business needs.
- Write and publish recruitment advertisements.
- Conduct interviews autonomously and manage job offers and contracts.
- Act as an interface with operational staff and collaborate with experienced recruiters.
- Regularly monitor and report on your recruitment activity.
- Participate in school outreach actions and cross-functional HR projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a BAC+4/+5 level education at a university or business school.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
- A fluent level of English.

- A first experience in recruitment.
