Ikerian AG is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month, remote contract to support our immediate hiring needs. In this high-energy role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, acting as the face of our company to candidates. You’ll be joining a mission-driven company working to enable the right decisions sooner in healthcare through transformative AI and data management solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open roles across all departments.
- Review CVs with a critical eye to find actual skills and potential.
- Manage our ATS to ensure a smooth workflow and a great candidate experience.
- Conduct initial video screens to assess skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency.
- Assist in the negotiation process and help close candidates effectively.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Experience sourcing for technical roles, such as Software Engineers and other IT positions.
- Experience using ATS platforms.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
- You are social, outgoing, and confident in speaking with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- You are a self-starter, well-organized, and know how to set priorities.
- You are comfortable discussing salaries, rates, and terms.
