Remote was looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager

Join Lola Blankets as a Talent Acquisition Manager on the People team, helping to democratize opportunities through remote work. You will manage a recruiting team, drive data-driven hiring strategies, and shape the long-term vision of the TA function at our global, fully remote company.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with the members of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Take complete ownership of hiring metrics and pipelines within your business areas, analyzing data trends and proposing solutions to senior leadership.
  • Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function in partnership with the Director of TA and other People leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to meet hiring targets and provide a great hiring experience.
  • Remove operational roadblocks in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other People leaders.
  • Drive innovation and explore new processes, programs, and tools when needed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the wider People team (e.g., Total Rewards, People Transformation, Talent Management, People Business Partners).
  • Identify, design and oversee high-impact TA projects, proactively improving and initiating scalable changes to the recruiting strategy.
  • Act as an advocate for global diversity, remote working, and company values throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up.
  • Experience managing a Recruiting team.
  • Hands-on experience reporting on hiring metrics and pipelines.
  • Experience driving data-driven hiring strategies and using predictive analytics.
  • Proven innovator with experience experimenting and driving new initiatives that impact the TA team and/or wider People team.
  • Solid track record in results and moving at a pace to meet company scaling needs.
  • Aligned to Remote's values and a keen interest in finding talent that matches these values.
  • Ambitious and intentional about diversity and inclusion.
  • High sense of urgency, accuracy with the ability to recognise, take on and/or delegate priorities.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing all-remote or geographically distributed teams.

You will lead a team of 6 Recruiters and 1 Sourcer within the People - Talent Acquisition function, reporting directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
