BusRight is hiring its first in-house Talent Acquisition Lead to build the systems, processes, and brand that will attract and hire exceptional talent across every department. You will turn data and storytelling into a scalable, human recruiting engine to help us grow.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full recruiting journey across every department, from first outreach to final offer.
- Partner with department heads to define excellence for each new role and build structured hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Create recruiting infrastructure, including tools, metrics, and rituals, to keep hiring transparent and aligned with our values.
- Design a personal, purposeful candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to bring BusRight's employer brand to life through storytelling and events.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience helping venture-backed, high-growth technology companies attract and hire great people.
- Experience hiring across all areas of an organization, including GTM, Product, and Engineering.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and operate in the 'grey area' between problems and processes.
- Experience building or rebuilding recruiting playbooks, interview scorecards, and candidate experiences.
- Clear communication, systematic thinking, and strong judgment for critical decisions.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset focused on developing bespoke solutions.
- Tech-savvy with a focus on relentless personal development.
- Humble, curious, down-to-earth personality that cares about people, education, and building something that matters.
Team & Environment
You will partner directly with the CEO and the Leadership Team.
Work Mode
This is a remote role open to candidates in New York City, Boston, Austin, or Poland.
