hyrise is looking for a proactive and curious Talent Acquisition Intern or Working Student to join our recruiting efforts. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with inbound candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for our partner companies.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact for applicants, assessing their potential and inspiring them towards a career in tech sales.
- Work closely with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and generate qualified meetings.
- Collaborate with the B2B sales team to communicate relevant company and job information.
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Incorporate candidate feedback to continuously improve the candidate journey.
- Experiment with new candidate acquisition approaches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Leverage data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English (Native or Bilingual).
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Curious, proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting with people.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum commitment of 6 months.
Nice to Have
- Experience with remote communication tools like Gmail, Calendar, Slack.
- Previous experience in Recruiting or HR.
- 1 year commitment preferred.
