Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate status.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings with candidates.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies if necessary.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
