About the Role

Skyworks is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full lifecycle recruitment for our India operations. In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver timely and effective hiring solutions, while supporting university relations efforts to build our talent pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute search strategies to generate qualified candidate pools for current openings and build pipelines for future needs.
  • Implement targeted search and marketing campaigns, including managing online job postings.
  • Leverage social media and other channels to support employer brand visibility.
  • Manage candidate activity and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Own end-to-end candidate experience through all recruiting stages, from outreach through selection.
  • Support college and university recruitment, including career fairs, campus engagement, and early in career hiring.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners across regions to align on staffing priorities and provide timely updates.
  • Follow up with Hiring Managers and Regional HR Consultants to share progress and next steps.
  • Report on recruiting trends and outcomes; provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Advise Hiring Managers and Regional HR Consultants on labor market analytics, trends, and competitive compensation insights.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related recruiting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements.
  • Results-oriented with high personal initiative; hands-on, flexible, and customer-centric.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree.
  • PHR/SPHR certification.
