HENSOLDT is looking for a Systems Engineer to drive product development and verification for our active and passive Electronic Warfare systems. You will join the Spectrum Dominance Products Engineering department, where you will play a central role in shaping advanced defense technologies from concept to qualification.
What You'll Do
- Elaborate product concepts for EW systems and system elements.
- Formulate and derive detailed product and subsystem requirements from overall system specifications.
- Support Sales and Marketing efforts, including risk assessment for proposed product concepts.
- Define and oversee environmental tests.
- Participate actively in verification and qualification activities.
- Provide technical management throughout the development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or a closely related field.
- Long-term practical experience in Systems Engineering, ideally within the Electronic Warfare domain.
- Solid knowledge in system design, with a strong preference for experience with EW and radar systems.
- High personal motivation, enthusiasm, and an effective, results-oriented working style.
- Strong team collaboration skills combined with an independent, goal-oriented approach.
- Very good communication skills in both German and English.
