Role Overview
This position is for a skilled Systems Architect or Interface Architect with hands-on experience in Cerner FSI. The role operates fully remotely and centers on leading the design, development, and oversight of healthcare interface solutions. You will ensure technical consistency, support integration initiatives, and maintain the structural integrity of system architectures across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interface development efforts, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and project goals.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support during Cerner software implementations.
- Guide and mentor team members working on interface solutions, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain delivery standards.
- Design and code custom interfaces that meet functional requirements, are defect-free, and adhere to current software capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and take responsibility for protecting client and corporate data assets.
- Balance multiple priorities and manage concurrent tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
- Apply deep understanding of integration workflows, Common Process (Core), and system dependencies to drive project success.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership across all phases of engagement.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience with Cerner FSI is essential.
- Strong background in interface architecture, system integration, and healthcare data workflows.
- Familiarity with Cerner’s Common Process (Core) framework and integration best practices.
