Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Swedish Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support to Swedish-speaking clients. You will deliver effective solutions through remote channels to resolve technical challenges and enhance the user experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues associated with software and hardware products.
Assist customers by providing clear and concise explanations while guiding them through troubleshooting processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support interactions and track all cases within the support system.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to escalate and find solutions for more complex issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback on the support experience.
Keep abreast of product updates, industry changes, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Proven problem-solving skills and a strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
High level of customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing tasks in a remote working environment.
A keen interest in technology and a desire for continuous professional development in the tech industry.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
Understanding of remote support tools and familiar with customer management systems is advantageous.
