Pearl Talent is hiring a mid-level Account Manager specializing in logistics and order fulfillment. This high-impact, detail-oriented role focuses on managing 1–2 high-value B2B client accounts and overseeing the entire order process within the branded merchandise and promotional products industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage 1–2 high-value B2B client accounts as their main point of contact.
- Review, edit, and process high-volume orders placed through our platform.
- Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows from PO to delivery.
- Proactively resolve issues related to delays, product defects, or artwork rejections.
- Maintain communication with internal teams (support, sales, design) and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot fulfillment challenges and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records updated across systems, ensuring every order and communication is tracked.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Support new client onboarding, quoting, and custom project scoping when needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in account, order, or project management.
- At least 1 year of experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry.
- B2B client experience and ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with order workflows, vendor/supplier coordination, and client-facing communication.
- Tech-savvy; confident using Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Availability during U.S. time zones (EST or PST).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in merchandise logistics, production, or supply chain.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
