Teal is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide high-quality remote support to our clients. Under the direction of a POD lead, you will be instrumental in resolving technical needs with a focus on timely solutions and a customer-centric approach.
What You'll Do
- Work with our clients in a remote support capacity.
- Effectively describe problems or needs to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide timely technical and customer support in a pleasant and helpful manner.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and emergency Help Desk coverage.
- Analyze, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Meet the performance goals established by your direct supervisor.
- Read, understand, and follow all company and job-related policies and procedures.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of Help Desk Support experience.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- A+ Certification highly desired or must obtain within 120 days of employment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Mac is a plus.
