Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Online Platform Support Agent to provide direct support and enhance the user experience for Swedish-speaking customers. You will be the primary contact for users, resolving their issues and ensuring they can fully utilize the platform.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to account management and platform functionality.
- Educate users on navigating the platform and utilizing its features.
- Document customer interactions and solutions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to surface trends in user issues and recommend platform enhancements.
- Stay informed about new features and updates to ensure accurate guidance.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting.
- Good understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
