Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide dedicated support for streaming services. You will engage directly with customers, handling a variety of inquiries while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Provide detailed information about available content, subscription options, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account management, including sign-ups, cancellations, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support and content teams to provide comprehensive assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in streaming services and content offerings to enhance customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector, is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
