Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a team supporting a major energy company. You will be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management. This role is based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Provide detailed information on energy plans, usage, and customer benefits.
- Assist customers with account setup, service issues, and problem resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for transparency and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the energy sector to provide relevant information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
